Please read this Software License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before purchasing or using any products or services from Swing-UI.com. By purchasing or using the software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Swing-UI.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the terms of this Agreement. Licenses are categorized as follows:
- Free License: For personal use only with limited UI components.
- Personal License: A one-time fee grants you access to most UI components, excluding InternalWindow and SplitView, for personal use.
- Commercial License: Includes full access to all UI components for both personal and commercial use, subject to an annual subscription.
2. Single-Computer Use & License Restrictions
Each license provided by Swing-UI.com is intended for use on one computer only. You may not share, transfer, or use the software on multiple devices without purchasing separate licenses. Any attempt to distribute, share, or give your license to someone else is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, modifying the software to bypass or tamper with license activation, validation, or any associated protection mechanisms is prohibited, also distributing such modified software is prohibited. Such actions are a violation of this Agreement and may result in legal consequences, including civil and criminal penalties.
Prohibited Activities
By using this software, you agree to the following restrictions:
1.1 No Copying or Duplication: You may not copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the software code or documentation, whether in whole or in part, without the express written permission of the software owner.
1.2 No Modification: You are not permitted to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the software code or any part thereof. This includes, but is not limited to, altering the software for personal use or distribution.
1.3 No Distribution: You may not distribute, sell, or otherwise transfer copies of the software code or documentation to any third party without prior written consent from the software owner. License that permits commercial use gives permission to sell your software along with `swing-ui` module, but not the module alone.
1.4 No Reverse Engineering: You shall not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code from the software, unless such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
3. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Swing-UI.com provides the software "as is" and to the best of our ability. While we strive to ensure the software is free from bugs or defects, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding its performance, reliability, or suitability for your specific needs. You use the software at your own risk.
Under no circumstances shall Swing-UI.com, its developers, or its affiliates be held responsible for any losses, damages, data loss, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, or the performance of the software, including but not limited to financial losses, business interruptions, or reputational harm.
4. Updates and Support
Swing-UI.com will release updates and patches to address issues and improve the software. However, we make no guarantee regarding the timing, frequency, or availability of these updates. Your license does not include any implied obligation for continued software development or support.
5. Refunds
All payments for non-free licenses are final. Swing-UI.com does not provide refunds for any license fees once a purchase has been made, including for:
- Personal License: No refunds will be given after the license purchase.
- Commercial License: No refunds will be provided for any unused time within the subscription period. Subscription cancellations are effective for future billing cycles. If you cancel your subscription, the prepaid period will remain active until its expiration, but it will not renew after the current period.
6. License Termination
Swing-UI.com reserves the right to terminate your license at any time in case of violation of the terms outlined in this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the software immediately.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to This Agreement
Swing-UI.com reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the software after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
